ZenStrike Academy – Refund & Returns Policy
At ZenStrike Academy, we stand behind the quality of our gear and the value of our training. Our goal is to ensure you can start your flow journey with 100% confidence.
1. Digital Training Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, once the training videos or course links have been accessed, downloaded, or streamed, they are generally non-refundable.
- Exception: If you experience technical issues accessing the course and our support team cannot resolve them within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund for the digital portion of your order.
2. Physical Gear (Nunchaku)
We offer a 14-day return policy for our physical training equipment.
- Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your gear arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@getzenstrike.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want it), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
3. Starter Bundles (The “ZenStrike Guarantee”)
We want you to succeed. If you purchased a Starter Bundle (Gear + Course) and find that the gear is not what you expected, you may return the physical nunchaku under our standard return conditions. The refund will be the total bundle price minus the standalone value of the digital course ($14.99).
4. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@getzenstrike.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
